that bases its preparations on the quality of raw materials,
on environmental sustainability and Made in Italy.

In February 2020, we opened the Gluten Free pizza making laboratory.
We have set up a laboratory dedicated exclusively to the preparation of our gluten-free pizza: in this way we are able to guarantee a quality product that is unique and avoid the risk of contamination.
The flour we use is prepared from special grains, such as Teff, which is naturally gluten-free. We also use legume flour, corn starch and deglutinated wheat starch.
Thanks to this mix and a 24/48-hour leavening time, we are able to ensure excellent pizza crispness.
As of October 2022, Pizzeria Red Carpet has officially joined the network of establishments participating in the Italian Celiac Disease Association’s Out-of-Home Nutrition program.
Want to reserve a table?
With table service, we are open all week long, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Reservations are required for weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and for holidays and pre-holidays. On other days, however, it is welcome and strongly recommended.
Table service is provided in two time slots: from 7:45 pm and 9:15 pm. For the first time slot, attendance by 8 p.m. is recommended. For the second time slot, it is recommended to arrive no earlier than 9:15 pm.
Teen and birthday tables are fixed-menu only.

You can also order our pizza to enjoy it in the comfort of your own home!
You can order for take-out throughout the week, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Delivery service, on the other hand, operates from Tuesday to Sunday, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
The cost of delivery is €2.00.
Delivery is not available outside the built-up area of Civitavecchia.
